People Operations Administrator  

Salary - c£25k 

Location – UK wide with occasional travel 
 

Who are we looking for? 

A highly energetic and driven People Operations Administrator to join Bridewell’s wider People Team and take ownership of key administration areas within pre-employment, onboarding, changes and offboarding. Continuously providing a positive experience to all employees, stakeholders and external suppliers. 

What you’ll be doing 

The duties and responsibilities include: 

Vetting Management:  

  • Start to finish processing of Security Clearance applications for new employees, renewals for current employees, verifying documents, liaising with employees and the external provider to support and resolve queries 

  • Ensure all trackers and portal information is maintained in real time 

  • Maintain accurate records on SharePoint and other relevant information in a secure and confidential manner 

Benefit management:  

  • All administration employee life cycle events enrolment – probation- lifestyle choices and offboarding 

  • Ensure the benefits platforms are maintained in real time 

  • Resolve employee queries related to benefits 

  • Facilitate company gifts for employee celebrations such as birthdays, work anniversaries etc.  

Staff equipment and deliveries:  

  • Manage employee and stakeholder queries regarding equipment for Joiners/Movers/Leavers (JML) 

  • Arrange delivery and collection of equipment for the JML process and keep an updated equipment log for all employees 

  • Arrange the delivery of merchandise for employees and new starters 

  • Order equipment required by employees  

Other: 

  • Support people priority projects with administrative activity 

  • Adhoc projects as required by the Head of Operations 

What we’re looking for 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Undertake a wide range and variety of tasks with conflicting deadlines and manage changing priorities 

  • Strong customer service skills   

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information  

You’ll have experience of:  

  • Processing of DBS and Security Clearances  

  • Managing employee data, benefits administration/orders 

  • Good understanding of foundational HR practises onboarding/changes/offboarding

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
