Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with our strategic and business-critical clients. Initially covering a maternity leave, the successful candidate will transition into a permanent role with dedicated accounts upon the incumbent’s return.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic and smaller clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and align solutions to support their cybersecurity goals.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor account health, satisfaction, and renewal cycles.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
You will need to have experience in:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or client-facing roles within the cyber industry.
- Proven track record of relationship building and account growth.
- Highly organized, dedicated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable navigating complex client environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
