Amidst an ongoing tech talent shortage in the cyber security industry, Investors in People has awarded us its ‘We invest in people’ gold accreditation, reinforcing our commitment to our employees.
By undergoing assessment against the Investors in People framework, we have proven our credentials in employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices.
The accreditation reinforces our ability to support our customer base with an expert team of people. 50% of UK businesses have a basic cyber skills gap, according to a UK Government report from 2023, which is threatening the ability of internal teams to implement fundamental cyber resilience strategies.
In critical national infrastructure (CNI), which handles systems vital to the functioning of society, over a third (36%) also state that they do not have the right skills in place to secure their IT deployments, highlighting the need for specialist support from engaged cyber consultants.
Dedication to skills development under the scheme also coincides with our plans to train the next generation of cyber talent. Our partnerships with the Cyber Schools Hub and Cyber Colleges Cymru help communicate to young people the opportunities presented by a career in cyber security.

Receiving this recognition is a reflection of the outstanding calibre that makes us one team.
