Who are we looking for?

Bridewell has seen extensive growth over the past few years and as such we are looking for ambitious individuals who are interested in Cyber Security and are keen to continue to develop and grow with us. You are someone who has been in a Bid Writer role previously and has strong written communication and presentation skills. You’ll therefore have experience of writing, coordinating, and managing a variety of bids, tenders and framework responses.

What you’ll be doing

This role sits within our Sales team, and you’ll be responsible for winning business attributable to invitations to tender and requests for proposals Bridewell receives through membership of a variety of specialist Cyber Security frameworks. When relevant, you will work with our Cyber Consultancy teams who will support with scoping these into engagements and provide in depth specialist technical expertise to support written materials.

• Overall management of all responses
• Creation of technical and commercial materials to support responses
• Working with wider sales function to pipeline future requirements
• Quality Assess and Review all supporting materials provided by colleagues
• In quieter periods, you will be expected to be proactive in looking for other areas to support the business which may include:
• Identify potential and support subsequent applications for additional frameworks and membership bodies
• Support wider sales team with proposal writing
• Support marketing team with creating additional collateral

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience of:

• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Copywriting experience
• Good understanding of technology and technical writing
• Strong team player
• Prior CRM experience
