Jules is the Chief Information Security Officer at Transport for London and has worked in technology for over 25 years in a variety of technology risk, cyber security, CISO and technology leadership roles. Jules is passionate about ensuring that technology serves society in a secure, reliable and sustainable way. 

Jules is part of the technology leadership team at Transport for London and is accountable for cyber security of the organisation. Jules has worked at Virgin Atlantic, the FCA, Barclays, EY and KPMG. Jules is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security and has previously qualified as ITIL Foundation (2017), CCSK (2015), CISM (2014), CISSP (2005) and CHECK Team Leader (2003).

As one of the world’s leading journalists covering organised crime and tech, Geoff White has spent decades investigating these shadowy forces. His insights – delivered in compelling, edge-of-your-seat narratives – have gripped audiences of millions and will help keep your organisation, your employees and your customers safe.

He has given more than 300 keynote talks for some of the biggest global brands, including Microsoft, HSBC, Sky, Mastercard and Atos. Geoff’s latest book, Rinsed, reveals how tech has revolutionised the world of money laundering. It sprang from his work on the hit podcast and book The Lazarus Heist, which explored North Korea’s computer hacking campaign.

Emma is Chief Security & Controls Officer at Bupa and brings nearly two decades of experience across security leadership roles. Emma was previously the Director of Consulting at Bridewell, leading their consultancy capability and driving growth across consulting areas.

A former European CISO for Santander and Divisional CISO for BP, Emma has provided strategic leadership in a range of contexts, including critical infrastructure and highly regulated environments such as financial services, oil and gas. She has also provided global consultancy within Deloitte and BT Global Services, and often leverages her deep understanding of the challenges faced by global boards and executives to support their strategic objectives. 

Barry O'Brien is Principal Architect OT at Armis, driving technical execution across Armis’ OT security solutions to support customers globally in industries such as Critical Infrastructure and Manufacturing. He plays a key role in translating complex OT security challenges into practical solutions that enhance asset visibility, network security, and risk management.

With a background in architecture, consulting, and security management across large multinationals, Barry ensures that Armis’ OT security capabilities align with customer needs, industry standards, and real-world deployment requirements. His expertise directly contributes to client’s strategy, helping organisations operationalise security programmes effectively and maximise value from their security investments.

Glenn Warwick is Bridewell’s Head of OT Cyber Security, bringing over 30 years of experience across industrial control systems, critical national infrastructure, and cyber security. Since joining Bridewell in 2019, he has led the development of advanced OT security capabilities, combining deep technical expertise with strategic oversight of emerging threats.

Before Bridewell, Glenn held senior roles at PwC and spent more than two decades at Thames Water, where he engineered, secured, and managed large‑scale SCADA, telemetry, and industrial network environments. With extensive hands‑on experience across OT, ICS, and cyber defence, Glenn now helps organisations navigate the complexities of IT/OT convergence and strengthen resilience against evolving cyber risks.

Kieran serves as the Head of Security Engineering at Bridewell, where he leads efforts to strengthen digital defences and drive advanced cyber security initiatives. Bringing over 12 years of experience from his tenure at Microsoft, Kieran is a recognised expert in state-of-the-art cloud solutions and adept at addressing complex security challenges faced by clients. He holds a master’s degree in mathematics and physics, with a keen interest in the evolving fields of cryptography and quantum computing; so feel free to engage him in discussions about their potential to transform the digital landscape in the coming years!  

James is Incident Response Manager at Bridewell, where he leads a 24/7 NCSC and CREST‑accredited DFIR team specialising in OT incident response, threat hunting, digital forensics, and malware analysis.

With over nine years’ experience across digital forensics, cyber defence, and incident response leadership, James has previously worked as a Digital Forensic Practitioner. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Forensics from the University of South Wales, is currently completing an MS in Information Security Engineering with SANS, and serves as a DFIR Working Group Advisor to the UK Cyber Security Council.
